“This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Although they say the hotel was built on only 2025, you could hear the people in the room next to you as if they were inside your room causing ruckus all night. Even cars outside sound like they’re directly in your room. Then when the people in the room next to me finally did go to sleep not only could tou hear him snoring as if you’re in bed with this person, you could actually feel the vibration of the snoring. So needless to say no sleep...

“Room was clean, had to leave a day early because my son is US Air Force and was getting deployed. I told the front desk yet they offered nothing. Not even half off the day since I left a day early. Wouldn’t recommend ”

“Perfect. But the toilets were really low, like for kids ”

“Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work. ”

“This was a great place to stop for the night while driving through. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with oatmeal, cereal, breads, juices and hot pre-made eggs, ham, and bacon that I used to make a ham egg and cheese. Rooms were clean and big. ”

“The room was a little tight, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. Lots of restaurants in the area.”

“There was remodeling and some noise. There was no breakfast the two day I was there. I asked for a "quiet" room and they had me facing the parking lot and a busy street (Woodruff Rd). I was too tired to go back down and ask for another room so I stuck it out. ”

“Toilet was clogged upon arrival and we were provided a plunger which still did not fix the problem. This Should have been a quality checklist item before we were assigned the room.”

“My biggest complaint is the pool. It was advertised as heated/indoor. I called the hotel to confirm my self and was told it was heated. It was ice cold. It was honestly the only reason we stayed at this hotel. My kids were very disappointed. ”
