“The beds were comfortable and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the tub, though the tub was a little narrow for my liking. Check-in was a breeze and the employee was very nice. “We always stay here when going to an evening show at Dutch Apple dinner theater. The rooms on the 3rd floor are usually quiet and clean and comfortable. They've recently upgraded the showers with grab bars and shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers. I just wish they would add a towl bar next to the sink for a hand towel. ”

“Beautiful property and the hosts were fabulous! Super helpful as the Outlaw Festival was the main event for the weekend, and they gave us some tips and tricks for navigating traffic and such. Quiet and comfy and close to dining and the park/stadium, yet still had the B&B feel. Breakfast was so good, and the coffee, tea and cookies/snacks available 24/7 was a nice touch.
