Hotel vicino a Eastport Park - Columbia

“First off, the hotel was under construction(this was never mentioned on the website or Expedia). This included the POOL AND THE GYM! The pool and hot tub were high on our list, so this was a huge let down. Again this was never mentioned. The room was dusty, the furniture archaic, and the lighting was so terrible in the living area of the suite(yes I paid way extra!), all you could do was watch TV. I couldn’t use the couch because it sunk down into a V in the middle! Breakfast was not included in...

“The advertised amenity of a 24/7 available airport shuttle is NOT honest. While staff was kind, no staff was available for trip from airport to hotel, and when I inquired about arranging a ride back, it came with a very narrow window of potential that left me feeling uncertain if I’d be able to use this advertised amenity. Like I said, staff was nice about it, but the availability and reliability of this amenity feels too uncertain to be used as a main advertising point. ”

“This was a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and comfortable … perfect for our family of 5 and dog. Staff were professional and friendly. We enjoyed the amenities and complimentary laundry services. Breakfast was delicious, too! Would gladly stay here again.”

“For the price you don’t get much. I could stay at a 4 star hotel in downtown Chicago for the price and it seemed like a plain 3 star hotel. I didn’t have many options in the area so I guess they are price gouging. ”
