“Property is pretty and rooms are appointed beautifully. The shower looked a bit unloved, grout was dirty like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Front desk staff was professional though lacking customer service. From my experience staying at other hotels at the same price point, the level of customer service was underwhelming. “Only thing was the indoor pool was pretty cold. I did ask to see if they could turn up the heat, however pool maintenance was not available till the following day. Everything else was great!”
