“Check in was easy. Kitchen had necessary equipment to make our meals. Wi-fi was a little sketchy. If you accessed Wi-fi on your phone the Television would buffer. Hot Tub was clean and very nice (also private). The bedding and towels felt lovely and I appreciated no wrinkles on the sheets.... Well done...”

“Excellent place, very comfortable, most thoughtfully stocked rental we've ever stayed at. We just needed overnight but we wound have lived a longer stay. Near downtown dining, lots of local /outdoor info. Lots of room in the indoor and outdoor layout for people to spread out, or gather for fun. ”

“We had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy and cabin was fully stocked with whatever you’d need. We got in late and left early. But had we stayed longer, the outdoor deck seemed perfect for hanging out. Would not hesitate to stay again!”

“Perfectly cozy little cottage in a great location. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well supplied for all our cooking needs, and we all enjoyed swimming and floating in the lake! It was really nice to have two separate living areas as well- the green leather chair upstairs was my favorite spot to sneak away and read in the evening! ”

“After hiking the Skyline Trail loop up Mt Rainier relaxing in this peaceful home was just what my family needed. We enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, the nearby swimming hole, movies, and the comfy furniture. My big kids enjoyed having a bit of privacy sharing the mother in law suite while the littles shared the smaller bedroom. This home exceeded our expectations! ”

“We had the best time staying at The Walker's cabin. We were in town from overseas to visit family, and are so glad we chose the cabin as our home away from home. The cabin was spotless and incredibly comforting. If you are looking for a great cabin in the woods, yet close to town, this is your place. Thank you to The Walkers for being great hosts. We hope to be back again one day.”

“Beautiful property backing up to a creek flowing into the nearby river, so you get the babbling brook sound all the time. It's in a nice secluded area, but not too far from Packwood. The home is nicely maintained and filled with all the amenities we wanted including a nice Weber grill for the salmon we caught in Puget Sound.Would definitely stay here again - easy, peaceful vacation.”

“We loved this cabin. The beds were comfy and the kitchen and living space were in great condition. The outside space and hot tub were lovely and the laundry was very helpful for our young family. There were awesome maps (we hiked in Rainier during our stay), and a ton of unexpected extras. 10/10 would stay again. ”

“We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The setting was restful and loved spending some time outdoors on the lake. The house was also very comfortable and well organized. We didn’t spend much time at the cabin due to graduation activities but appreciated our stay very much.”
