“Property was a bit tired in places. Overall cleanliness was good but public areas of building not so clean.
Outside of property the large bins were full and overflowing. There are only about 3 parking spaces which were occupied by works vans. Not a good property if you have a car. Handy property for motorway. ”

The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was...

“Checked in for one night on 19th July 2025 check in was a breeze, very big room with kettle tea coffee etc , an iron board hair dryer no need to ring house keeper for anything, would highly recommended to anyone… solo travelers or families 👍🇮🇪”

“Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service

“Very comfy beds led to a good nights sleep. Clean room. Big enough for a night. Room and hotel a bit dated but not overly to distract. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool, sauna and steam room where great. The changing area and lockers ideal. The showers didn't have a mat outside them so the floor was very wet and quite slippy when we stayed. Breakfast was good. They didn't have much on show for gluten-free, fruit, yoghurt, cereals. Asked for toast and they also have more. The evening meal...

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, accoglienza veramente ottima, posizione perfetta, vicina a qualunque punto di nostro interesse.

"Hotel bello purtroppo come abbiamo fatto notare alla reception le camere non vengono rifatte in modo soddisfacente. (Abbiamo pure inviato le foto di come abbiamo trovato il letto dopo essere rientrati alle 17:30), pure non rimettevano la carta igienica di scorta. Del servizio pulizia siamo stati delusi non ci sono nemmeno venuti incontro offrendoci almeno una colazione gratuita. Non pubblico le foto eventualmente le ho a vostra disposizione per visionare."
