“全體員工服務細心而且還協助有關旅遊資料查詢，晚飯懷石料理除了美味亦可觀性高。稍為不足是床褥太軟腰部承托不足，浴埸15-20點經常有6-7人已覺得太迫，因為室內浴場2個池約20*8呎，即使連同室外浴埸約10*6呎，房間又没有浴缸浸浴。見議像早晚飯一樣每人預約用一小時避免人多不適。”

“I loved my experience staying at KAI. The Osen was lovely; there was also cold sake, green tea, ice cream, hot tea, and many other beverages for guests to enjoy after using the Osen. The library was quiet to do some work, with snacks and drinks also available. The breakfast and dinner were good. Overall, my stay was terrific. The staff was courteous and attentive. ”

“新開張不足半年，我們被告知是開業以來第二位香港人住客，榮幸！設計簡約、乾淨舒適，房間大，我們房間有大玻璃窗可看到長門溫泉河川，最欣賞是旅店員工，他們每個待客都很親切熱誠，入住當日剛下雨，員工看到我們在門外，便跑出來幫我們推行李和遞上雨傘給我們，細心周到，服務絕對比得上5星級旅館，大讚！附近有不少食店和一間很細小的便利店，都比较早关门，可选择酒店内用晚餐，餐厅Pizza和意粉也很美味且价钱相宜，有趣是可直接看著廚師烤Pizza，酒店旁就是有600年歷史的溫泉 恩湯，住客可免費使用，泉水是頂級的柔滑，如要早上浸溫泉，請留意恩湯是早上9時開始，但旅館退房時間是10點，只有1小時享用時間。附近環境寧靜舒適，建議晚上在河川附近散步，夜燈加上河川柳樹景色很美。如像我們般喜歡享受有歷史的優質溫泉，又不希望入住老舊和昂貴的溫泉旅館，這裡絕對是不二之選，秋季再來的話，我們也必再次入住這裡。”

ディナーは地元食材を使っていたので、美味しくいただきました。

“This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but it exceeds expectations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was exciting and delicious, and the decor was creative with plants, travel information, and themes of Okinawa. Great for young or independent travelers who like a taste of multiculturalism. My parents in their late 50s also loved it and found it entertaining. Note: the bathroom facilities were a little rugged, if that's important to you.”
