“ Booked months in advance and was never told about the hotel being under construction before arriving there. Communication would be more professional in all aspects.”

“The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff were nice. No complaints. There is a free shuttle with limited hours. Food in the bistro was good. Prices ok”

“Not far maybe 7 minutes from the Kia Center. Beautiful lobby. Friendly front desk staff & especially the restaurant staff. They make the best Denver omelette. Fast service so you can catch the free shuttle bus right outside the front door. The view outside my patio window was this huge lake. Also the linens and towels were crisp white. Meticulous cleaning of the rooms. Super comfy. I’ll be back!!!!!”

“Great property, clean rooms. Nice staff. I really enjoyed my stay. However, just like many hotels, the air conditioning unit is loud, even with ear plugs, and doesn’t accommodate a restful sleep. Many hotels have this. Central air is quieter and allows for restful sleep.”

“Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience.”

“Fantastic welcome, quick check-in, enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks in private lounge, enjoyed delicious dinner in the modern bar and restaurant area, air conditioning in room was noisy and room felt humid but slept divinely just the same, nice breakfast and fast checkout. All staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even valet parking staff. Will return”

“Just don't come here...spend the extra 15 bucks at another hotel...Ir wasn't the worst but the first room smelled like piss...rusted statues outside, broken and filthy pool...the staff was nice but heck no...go somewhere else. Spend the extra 15 bucks. Enjoy your money's worth. You're welcome. God bless.”

“The staff was very nice and quick we needed . However, the establishment was not. 1st room (Day 1) -Room right next to highway after I called before I left for the 3 hour drive and asked for a quiet room. -crumbs and such all over pull out bed -last person's jacket on closet floor -toilet rocks and swivels when sit on -toilet paper wad stuck over fire unit in bathroom -torn rolley chair -sink faucet wiggles -side door to outside did not shut all the way (safety issue) Second room (Day 2-5) -...
