“The good: the location was great. Close to a few metro stations and lots of buses. Our hostess/property manager was extremely pleasant and welcoming. The bad: the layout of the 2br suite was just bizarre. You entered into a common room of sorts with strange seating. Then you walked through what appeared to be a wardrobe with a sink (??) In to the first bedroom. Quite small, 2 small beds. You exit that room to enter the shower area which only has a curtain for privacy unless you closed in the...

“The room was cozy and had all of the necessities one needs. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Nakai station is a few minutes walking distance. Not bad for the price.”

“I am more than satisfied about my stay at JR hotel. The cleanliness and the vicinity at the train station (but the room was very quiet and we couldn’t hear the trains at all) and also the cafés and shops/restaurants nearby were the things that we liked the most. Staff doesn’t speak english well, but it is a general problem in Japan. I would definitely stay here if I come to Tokyo again. 10/10”

“口コミにあったようにラブホテルの隣にありましたが、私はそんなに気になりませんでした。それよりも、お風呂場に髪の毛が数本落ちてたり、棚などを指で触るとざらつきやほこりが多少ある感じが気になりました。あとは枕カバーにシミ(おそらく洗っても取れないようなやつ)があったので、汚れが取れないカバーは寝具なので特に新品に変えたほうがイメージいいです。 お安いためしょうがないですが、綿棒やコットンのアメニティ、あと椅子やテーブルがなかったので簡易的な畳めるタイプのやつでもあると大変助かります。 冷蔵庫にサービスのお水があるのと、洗濯機が無料なのはとても嬉しかったです。(乾燥機はないので近辺のコインランドリーに持って行きました) チェックアウト後にスタッフの方とすれ違いましたが、外国の清掃の方？でとてと笑顔で愛想良く挨拶してくれたのが気持ちよかったです。”

Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet”
