Dog friendly with a nice walk across the road through surrounding fields. My only minor criticism is being 6’3 the light they’d fitted to the single room was basically at face height so I cracked my head a couple of times getting in and out of bed. Otherwise would recommend for a cheap stay.”

Breakfast was excellent but the hotel does not offer an evening meal on most nights. Plenty options in town though. Staff were friendly and the pub in the hotel was friendly too.
