Shower in room 9 full of mold, showered else where. The breakfast staff are fantastic and also the quality of the food, my only suggestion is, give a good quality egg. This was the only let down on your fantastic breakfast.”

“We had an accessible room for myself and the wife and an adjoining bedroom for the father-in-law while we had a few days visiting family the rooms as always were clean and well presented tea and coffee facilities beds were lovely and comfy the only down side is the accessible rooms only come with double beds would of been better if twin beds as the wife has issues and disturbs me while sleeping so don’t get a refreshing sleep ”

Easy access to the building and room with codes supplied via email. The room was lovely and clean and the windows were open when we got there, which was a great help as it was a warm day, I would like to see a better cooling fan provided in the room though. All-in-all another great night in Preston at Winckley Square, thank you.”
