“Brilliant stay, the staff and the owner were great very homey and warm atmosphere. Very kindly made me an early breakfast each day as I had to be up for a training course. “Walking distance to a secure car park, although i have to pay for it since it's in town centre. Carpet needs a bit freshening up, but clean bathroom. Shops, bars and restaurants accessible. Breakfast starts at 7 but the staffs let me have milk for my cereals and offered me toast earlier since i have to leave at 7. Definitely, i will book the hotel again in the future.”

“I was going to visit the Brecon Mountain Railway and I needed somewhere close by to stay for the night. Luckily, I chose the Butchers Arms. The room was lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was filling and tasty and I had breakfast looking across to the start of the Brecon Beacons. The beer was wonderful especially the Butty Bach (little friend in Welsh). ”
