“A really unique and beautiful B&B a short walk from Inveraray town centre. Rob was a great and kind host, and tended to our every need. We stayed in the Cairngorm Suite, a beautiful room with everything you could need and more, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also to a high standard with great local produce. Would highly recommmend and would love to stay again!”

“This guest house is in a fantastic location right next to Loch Goil. The hosts are very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent. We were in room 2 which has a side view of the Loch and of the bird feeders where we saw numerous small birds and a red squirrel.
Room 1 looks straight over the Loch.
Very comfortable bed though for me the duvet was too thick for the time of year.
The hosts provide a log cabin for residents use equipped with heaters and lights indoors and seating /table outside....

Ristorante molto carino, con ottimi piatti cucinati molto bene. Noi siamo stati fortunati perché al ristorante abbiamo trovato Claudio, un ragazzo italiano che ci ha consigliato i piatti migliori di pesce. Ottima esperienza che consiglio vivamente ”

“The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. I shed a tear on leaving, enjoyed the break.
The only downstairs was the menu, as it was abit posh for what i am used to. Could offer lasagne.”

“Had an overall great stay! Very clean and nice staff. The only thing that’s negative worth mentioning was that it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and the tub. And after the hot water was running in the tub there was no way to get the cold water running. Except for this, a comfy bed and nice breakfast made this a nice stop along the way. ”

"The right place for a one night stay. Close to the ferry pier and the fish market.
The building is old without lift, reception in the pub at ground floor.
The room has everything you need in a tiny space. Windows haven't been renewed, very hard to open.
Usb plugs by the bed are a smart idea but unfortunately not working.
I asked for luggage deposit next morning as I was on a day tour (like 80% of tourists in Oban) but I wasn't allowed due to a private event.
Overall a good value for money if you look for an essential stay.
