This extremely clean, bright & welcoming 3 bedroom duplex home boasts over 1750 sqft includes a well furnished living room & a full size stocked kitchen. Enjoy 3 bedrooms with 1 king size bed, 2 new queen size beds and a twin sofa bed with hotel quality bedding, new linen and towels, closets and a dresser is provided. This home is situated in the safe neighborhood of Summerside and is convenient to Airport, Downtown, Malls and other major attractions. 15 min to Edmonton Airport, 10 mins to South common mall, 20 mins to downtown and 25 mins to West Edmonton mall.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! Le quartier était bien situé par rapport aux différents attraits d’Edmonton. Ce duplex a répondu à nos attentes ! Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse extérieure et du BBQ !

Not a very communicative host.

Once i arrived at the property everything was fine, we left cleaned up and followed all the house rules. After we finished with the property the owner sent me an invoice for 250 claiming that we had broken the umbrella string even though we never used the umbrella, he claimed that he didn’t know if it was us or the people that had stayed there previously and still continued to charge my card. When i tried to come to an agreement with the homeowner he completely ignored my calls and texts, the only way i was able to contact him was through customer support and even then he couldn’t come to an understanding.

Would’ve given a five star review except for the fact that I had to pay for my daughter’s dog when the advertisement said pet friendly home, didn’t realize I was gonna have to pay extra to have a pet there on top of what I already paid. And the backyard grass is a foot and a half tall

Easter Weekend Family Time

This was a fantastic property for a family gathering on a holiday weekend. The house is close to all shopping amenities within 15 mins of South Common or Southgate Mall. The property was perfect for my Daughter to bring her puppy. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our family very much enjoyed the space; however, we would suggest adding some extra utensils to the kitchen (serving spoons, spatula, whisk etc, extra bedding/comforters and face cloths). We would 10/10 recommend this property!

Beautiful new home

Nature of our visit was for a family funeral. The house was very close to the family who lost their daughter. Plus there was lots of room for our 2 yr old granddaughter to run and play. Very quiet neighborhood. neih

Great house

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was neat and tidy and it definitely felt like a home. We loved the fact that there was a gas stove. Only couple minor things we didn't love were there was a bit of glass on the front mat inside the house (I'm assuming from someone taking out the garbage and it must have fallen out), the bonus room is at the top of the stairs so whoever sleeps in that bed is in the middle of everyone and can be seen by anyone going up the stairs. Also the master bathroom shower curtain has quite a bit of mold on it. We would definitely stay here again though, all small minor things that are workable. The kitchen was great and had lots, except for no cookie sheets and no mixing bowls.

My review

Wasn’t able to enjoy the full stay because I was kicked out for having 4 extra friends over. And was not told about the security cameras in the description which if I knew there was i would not have booked with them. And was lied to about certain amenities for example there was a hot tub in the amenities as soon as we arrived no hot tub and she later removed it from the amenities list. Overall bad experience for us on this trip.
