“The biggest problem for this property is the lack of an elevator. Fortunately, the staff helped taking luggage up the stairs. I returned to the site and there really is no indication of this in the description. I wouldn't have stayed had I known this. Overall the property is what you would expect, fairly clean, quiet and fairly well kept. But the lack of elevator is problematic.”

“Found leftover items from previous guest in the room. Stains on pillows and burn holes in the bed comforter. Website listed “luxury amenities” like bathrobes to which there were none. Unexpected $50 damage deposit fee, not listed on website. Thankful for the early check in but would not book again.”

“This was probably the worst mistake of my trip. I had originally booked a week here. Another review said it was good for solo travelers like myself. This was absolutely not the case for me.
