“Positivo. Parcheggio e personale check in. Vicinanza centro commerciale ma impossibile andare a piedi, troppo pericoloso in mancanza di semafori. Malissimo la prima colazione, povera e qualità appena sufficiente. Albergo vecchio ma prezzi più bassi della media. Rapporto qualità prezzo, medio.”

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“It’s not too bad but definitely need to get rid of the cigarette smell and clean up a little. ”

“This place is fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. The staff was also nice and helpful. I'd definitely come again!”

“Very nice place, a little difficult to get to by Uber. Staff was very friendly and helped explain how to get Uber to us. The parking lot is secured by gates, so Uber doesnt want to come in. Free for 15 minutes though, so they dont get charged. ”

“The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

“Struttura molto datata che avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Stanza e bagno molto ampi e puliti ma con arredo fermo agli anni ‘80. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione inclusa con scarsa scelta di bevande e cibo.”

“My daughter and I stayed at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown, on 4/15/26, while touring colleges. The hotel was nice and the room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had a nice fitness room and complementary breakfast. The only negative was that there was only valet parking, which was $45 (possibly because of the downtown location). I enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn Providence Downtown and would stay there, if visiting Providence again. ”

“Rooms and amenities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is the room walls are thin and the room I was in, the air was inconsistent. Warm, air would turn on cool, then once it shut off, warm again.”

“Tv was not connected/working, refrigerator was laying in the middle of the floor. Room was semi clean but bathroom was gross. Bathroom sink water was yellowish brown- chose not to shower because of this. Room was next to a stairwell that reeked of weed. People sitting in the parking lot in their cars smoking and drinking”
