The location made it easy to get around without a car (town, a convenience store, and a large grocery are walkable), and the neighborhood felt safe. With a long stay came a few issues (water went out, gas went out so no hot water, and a toilet stopped flushing) but the ability to contact through WhatsApp made it easy to report the issues. “We had a great time and experience here! The property manager Ana was awesome and super accommodating. If you have any experience with Mexico and can handle a few things like singing neighbors and strange neighborhood, this place was perfect. It was about a 5 minute walk from downtown and had local stores within 5 minutes away as well. I wouldn't pick this place as a party house, but if you are looking at eating some local food and hanging out on a private patio this place is perfect!”

“We had a wonderful time, it was really close to the malecón where we enjoyed food, Tim ‘s bike rentals and Baja adventures ( fun for teens and kids).The host was friendly and spoke English well. The home was modern and clean very comfortable. The host was very quick to answer questions and helpful. It was peaceful for being in the city and it was really nice to have the parking area behind a garage door in a covered area it made it easy to unload and load the van right into the casa. ”

“It was our first time staying in La Paz. And staying at this property made it such a wonderful time. I booked this house based on the review and yes it's really true that it's pretty amazing. “Nice small casita, great for solo travel or couples. Entrance a little tricky to find at first, but if you just drive around the property, eventually you will see the entrance to the driveway. It’s pretty easy to back your smaller vehicle under the carport. Hot water was good. AC was excellent. The view from roofdeck is great. Small backyard patio was nice too at night and evenings. Bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this property. ”
