“Having a gas station, restaurant, and bar right next door is convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is nice.”

“The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. You could tell there had been some recent renovations. However there was no one to man the front desk. You had to call for service and the person who came could not speak English so communication was difficult. Our room was also near the front door and every time someone walked in the door you could hear the bell ring which kept us up most of the night. The toilet also ran all night because it leaked.”

“I booked my stay to a wrong date but the front desk staff was helpful and found a place for my family to stay. I can’t believe the place is neat and pet friendly, no pet smell at all. We felt relief that night . It wasn’t a plan to stay but everyone is tired but HAPPY. I will stay again probably tomorrow night.”

“Toilet clogged upon arrival— should have been remedied prior to arrival. Did remedy post notification. Nice place - a little overpriced. Shouldn’t have to request bed to be made for this price. Is this the norm now?”

“Staff were very helpful and kind. As a solo traveler I felt safe. The a/c in my room was new looking and perfectly functional. The room was spotless and the mattress was comfortable. Only wish there was a USB outlet near the bed and more soft towels (there are spots on each side for standard plugs) but those are my nitpicks, you get what you pay for and I would argue even more than some “3-4 star” places I’ve stayed at. Extra points for a walkable distance to food and a great mall.Also easy off...

“fees are too high and not well disclosed. Staff was unable to help and just gave me a card to contact someone saying no manager was as on site to talk to. Will not stay again. Too bad because otherwise decent room and meal”
