“Great location and neighborhood. When we arrived and walked in to the house there was a strong odor of what smelt like mold, and it didn’t go away. And the water to the out side shower didn’t work. “Rick’s condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy our first trip to the northern Outer Banks. It is beautifully renovated and on the top floor of the building giving amazing ocean views! The Duck town beach accessible from the condo was wide and lovely. Keyless entry and the condo amenities were easy and as advertised. We had a minor issue with locating the beach equipment that Rick resolved in minutes. Would stay again! ”
