“The room was very dirty and outdated; the air conditioning wasn't working—making the atmosphere stifling—and the carpet was filthy and worn out. Overall, the entire hotel smelled terrible. The receptionist was polite but failed to resolve the issues that made my stay so uncomfortable. My reservation was for two days and three nights, but I simply couldn't stay there under those conditions. I asked to speak with the manager to cancel my reservation and request a refund, but—surprise!—the manager...

“Breakfast is paid at the bistro, so we didn't eat there. The hotel was cleanish, I don't think it was so much the staff as it was the other guests. We were unlucky enough to be there at the same time as a soccer tournament and despite clear instructions in the rooms to not leave children unattended they were running up and down the hallway until past 11pm. “We arrived at Golden Nugget because we could not get through Hwy 50. Staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were so nice and helpful! Hotel is goinjg through renovations but did not hinder and of our stay.”

“They charged me for not even staying there there was a snowstorm warning and we decided to cancel the trip notified the hotel well in advance still they purposely didn’t reply in order to charge me and Expedia didn’t help me either what a shame I trusted you guys still I didn’t receive a single penny of my hard earned money ”
