It’s pretty hard to contact them and maybe they could do better about check in instructions. We were arriving late (after check in hours) in Friday and instructions said to contact the inn. I was calling the inn every day from that previous Monday to let them know, left several messages with call back number, emailed...

“Staff was amazing. Ambiance in the lobby wa great. Hang out and socialize and enjoy the coziness. Rooms aren’t big or fancy, but it’s easy in and out so you can get to the mountain. ”

“Neil was an awesome and gracious host. He found a room even when hotels.com had booked the room for next year somehow and let us stay for the same price. The room is perfect for a getaway weekend close to skiing particularly if you want a more budget-friendly place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the sink/vanity looked new - there was also a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The tubs/showers could use some renovations, but we did not mind given the convenience. My daughter also...
