“pessimo hotel, struttura usurata, personale odioso, tranne due signore francesi che facevano training. siamo arrivati alle 4.30 di notte con un taxi senza usufruire del servizio navetta in quanto stanchissimi e provati dal viaggio aereo, l'indomani abbiamo chiesto la navetta per tornare all'aeroporto per noleggiare l'auto ma ci è stata negata da impiegata molto scortese con la scusa che la navetta era disponibile solo per check in di partenza e non per l'autonoleggio, sebbene il posto sia...

“Hotel well maintained and built in refurbished old building (works very well done). Good location close to pedestrian area and restaurants. Nice bar (not only with in-house guests). Staff very polite and professional. Parking only with valet service at 39$ (a bit expensive I find). Room not really big but good enough. Bathroom with no natural light and feeling too cold and closed. Overall a good stop for couple of nights”

“I have been given a very large old fashion room (the hotel is an Art Deco heritage listed building) with enclosed bathroom. Both very clean, a big screen tv and a fridge. The location is awesome, very central and close to the mall and many points of interests. The staff very friendly. It's reasonably priced. Highly recommended”

“Good service with a courtesy bus from the airport and an easy check-in. Room was clean , spacious and very comfortable . If I was to be very picky I would want a slightly more powerful shower if I had been staying several nights but as it was it was it was good enough. Good bar and eating facilities at the hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. I've no qualms about recommending this hotel for future travellers .”
