Hotel vicino a Ellery Street Park - Providence

“Convenience to the venue for the event we were attending. The bottom of the bed sheet was dirty and not changed. In the second room, there was water on the floor when we went into the room. The staff came immediately and mopped up the water.”

“The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. ”

“La posizione è il punto di forza, vicino alle attrazioni principali e ai mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo l'adiacente parcheggio convenzionati. L'hotel è un po' old stile, conserva però il facchino dell'edificio originale, il Biltmore hotel.”

Paying over $1,000 for a stay only to arrive and discover the property was under major construction with little to no clear disclosure beforehand felt incredibly misleading. It was nestled in a hard to find spot. Parking was a nightmare because of the construction some days we couldn’t get out or in… or reach the desk as the call button was NOT working, there was only ONE working elevator for the...

“Camera vecchia ma decorosa, chiusa forse da tanto perche era fredda e umida. Prezzo e posizione ok per noi che siamo stati sia a newport che a providence. Non c'è servizio colazione e in camera non è possibile neanche farsi un caffè. ”

“AGAIN THE HOTEL HAD NO RECORD OF THIS BILLING AND SO I COULD NOT BOOK THE ROOM THROUGH EXPEDIA. IT ALSO HAPPENED AT ANOTHER HOTEL 15 MINUTES OR SO EARLIER. I HAD BETTER NOT GET CHARGED FOR EITHER OF THESE. AND IT SURE WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD SPEAK TO A REAL LIVE PERSON FROM EXPEDIA ABOUT THIS, BUT ALL I GET IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT. I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES THAT NIGHT TO CONTACT EXPEDIA BUT I COULDN'T GET THROUGH.”
