“We had a very pleasant stay and the house was clean and tidy. If you want to experience like staying at home, this is a very good place to stay. The front desk ( Mr.Manivannan/ Mrs.Thanumathy/ Mr.Arun) and support staff ( Mr.Rabi ) was very polite and prompt in their service. Most of the Staffs are Very convenient , helpful staff., very courteous staff.Breakfast facility was also available in the dining area of the respective apartment rooms. “To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. “Good experience. I stayed for a week in a DeLuxe Room. Everything was correct (staff, cleaness, breakfast, facilities like gym room and swimming pool) but the air conditioning was unequale the general quality.
Room was permanently too cold, humid and above all air quality wasn't correct.
I think that they have to renew and to clean radically the air conditioning filters.”

“Should have been a one night stay but owing to severe weather conditions we were forced to cancel our travel plans and stay another night. Thankfully we had chosen thus wonderful hotel so although we were disappointed not to travel it was made enjoyable by the wonderful staff and superb hotel. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend it. ”
