Il nostro posto è di 12 min. da Magnolia Market e Baylor's McLane Stadium e 1. 5 miglia dalla I-35. Amerai il nostro posto a causa della sua posizione tranquilla nel paese in una fattoria funzionante. In stagione, abbiamo un labirinto di zinnia che piacciono a bambini e adulti!

Questo noleggio fa parte di un duplex chiamato "Echt House" e questo lato (lato sinistro) del duplex è chiamato "The Farmhouse". L'altro lato è chiamato "The Ranch" ed entrambi sono disponibili per gruppi più grandi. Chiediamo che tutti gli ospiti siano attenti a tutti gli ospiti che potrebbero essere in affitto dall'altra parte.

Siamo a soli 4 km dal ristorante numero 1 nel centro del Texas - Cafe 'Homestead - e l'Homestead Craft Village. Inoltre, siamo a soli 15 minuti dai parchi BSR o Cameron.

We just needed a place to stay for the night. We got there late. It is off the beaten path which is great and quiet but super dark so be carefree navigating.

The place was cute, but could definitely use some upgrades. Ceiling fans in living room and kitchen area didn’t work correctly (wobbly like it’s not mounted correctly), one of the couches was broken & looks like a dog tried to eat the handle?

This home provides a peaceful stay in a quiet country setting just minutes from the freeway! This was our 4th stay and we will definately stay again! Chris is a great Host that is very responsive. I highly recommend this Host and home!

The property is clean and quiet. It’s a duplex, so I suppose that could affect the quiet, but there was an unrelated group in the adjacent side and we didn’t realize that until leaving the next morning. Communication was clear and met our needs. Would stay here again.

The Farmhouse (1/2 of duplex) was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was so quiet but only 10-12 minutes to Baylor, we were there for family weekend. This is a great place to unwind and disconnect with comfortable bedrooms, living room and a nice relaxing bathroom.

This home is so comfortable and is well appointed. We stayed the first time on Aug 23rd and returned on Sept 1. We met Chris who is a great host. I highly recommend this property - very quiet with easy access to 35. Everything you want in a property - and more!!!

This is a lovely home that is well appointed. Easy access to freeway yet also very quiet. While it is a duplex, it is obviously well built because we never heard the other couple next door until they were leaving. The living room has reclining lazy boy rockers that are very comfortable. Chris is a very "hands-on" owner and replied to us quickly before and during our trip. 5 Stars and we are looking forward to our return trip over Labor Day. Thanks Chris!

Booked this property for one night for a concert that was in town. Duplex is clean and decorated very well. They neighbors were very nice but when they left their dogs howled for hours. The walls are thin and you could hear everything. So sad to hear dogs cry for so long.

My only complaint is that there was some missing panels in the fridge so we dropped some food unexpectedly but otherwise the house was great. Would stay here again!

Great property, feels like country just minutes from all the fun of Waco. The night sky was brilliant with stars and a bright moon, loved the charm. Property owners were easy to communicate with and available if needed.

The owners were quick to communicate and very accommodating when I accidentally mixed up the dates of my trip. I had a moving truck towing a car and an SUV and parking wasn’t an issue.

Great little place. Parking was a little wonky. 3 other cars in the same driveway before we got there. Place was clean and simple. Quiet area and back porch was nice looking although we didn’t use it. Love that it was pet friendly. Honestly was a big reason we chose it. Coffee selection was nice! But wish they had water bottles in the fridge as well.

This was my first time staying in a place that wasn't a hotel when traveling and it definitely was a great experience. It was a very warm and welcoming environment. Decorations were super cute and it was very clean for us. The location was quiet and the scenery was beautiful. I definitely recommend staying here.

Such an adorable place. Comfortable and sits on a beautiful property. The host was so communicative and friendly, too. I was in town for a MTB race and my children drove in to meet my wife and me. We loved the property and homeyness. Very comfortable for 5 people.
