“The people weren't very helpful. I called to ask how much an early check in would be and they told me 20 dollars. I came in early by a few hours and they charged me a whole extra day. They informed me that I was given wrong information. Another aspect that wasn't too great. The hotel wasn't clean. I got in there and they had previous repairs. There was calking on the bathroom counter, the shower and tub were dirty. There was saw dust and dry wall in the tub and the clog was unscrewed from the...

“The room assigned to us was not ready at all. We had to contact front office to get another room.”

“The only thing that was a downside was that the handicapped room we asked for didn’t have the shower seat that we needed. Other than that was a good stay. And the price was budget worthy as well. No problem with AC was nice and cold.”

“I would like a refund my room was horrible I couldn’t get in my room I had to walk back and forth to the front desk for new keys that didn’t work , the front desk clerk had to come open the door with a master key , the air conditioning was horrible it was broken didn’t even work”
