“Very friendly staff, beautiful pool, clean rooms.”

“This is the only hotel in town and it’s convenient to everything. It needs some updates and the breakfast was not good at all.”

“The room was not stocked well with tissue. The shades did not work. Carpet could have used shampooing. We were not sure of the policies regarding changing linen, but it wasn’t changed at all during our stay. Food was great and hot. Staff were very courteous and helpful. All electric amenities worked well. It just needs some TLC and maintenance. We were somewhat disappointed, especially from our previous experiences with Hampton hotels in the past.”

“Television did not work. Room chair broken & iron did not work. I called the front desk several times & no one came to help. The young lady kept telling me that she was “handling an issue & was trying to get me assistance.” No one came!. The next morning, the Manager came to the room to try & fix things, but I told him that I’m checking-out. The Continental breakfast room was nasty & dirty. The food was cold & not good. “Nice for family for 2 bedroom suites plenty of space. Not well kept though with broken drawers and stained bathtub. Not enough towels for the family. But convenient location and good price.”

“While the front desk and staff are extremely helpful the manager needs some training or find another position that does not require contact with people. The main A/C was not working so guests had to rely on the older window/radiator units. My refrigerator did not work and by the time it was fixed my dairy had to be thrown out. The managers response was that I could check-out.”
