The door lock didn’t work in our room and the door was missing a screw. The tv was very small. Booked at this hotel mainly for the hot tub which was blocked off and not functioning unfortunately.

As soon as the staff hear my husband injured his ankle, they give us the ground floor room right next to the entrance to accommodate us. We really appreciate that.
