“This is a beautiful and well maintained property. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty. However, the electricity was off and elevators were OUT of service for a few minutes when I was checking out. The road access is still evolving as a new Abuja development. “The location is great but price is quite high considering the very very poor services in the hotel. I spent 3 nights there but didn’t sleep well in any of the night. Pillows are too hard. I couldn’t use the towels as they already turned brown. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in my room. The toilet paper was of the lowest quality. The breakfast was just omelet and bread, unbelievable for the price they charge. I will rate them 2/10”

“Expedia needs to give me a refund for advertising a death trap, a cave of criminals as an hotel. Place stank of urine, mud and dust was everywhere, Bola Olugbodi asked me to pay again although I had paid on expedia. Booked for 2 nights, stayed awake for 1 night and checked out in the morning. Sat on a dirty floor watching the door all night, had to put tables and chairs against the door. Door had no lock. Place was so dirty, smelly, noisy, old and dilapidated. No pool or breakfast.
