“Clean rolm, polite staff and excellent location close to the beach”

“stayed here for 1 night room was nice and clean and just what was needed i found the staff a bit offhand not very talkative even though i tried talking to them the exception was the man who booked me in that evening at around 7 pm breakfast was lovely well presented and well cooked ample parking all in all a good stay in a lovely hotel just what i like in an older type building”

“On arriving the location was great, parking was good as it was roadside. We were greeted by weeds to the front and filthy guttering. We couldn’t get in the door as the key lock wasn’t working so we rang the number and the spare key was under the plant pot by the front door. On entering the property it was very grim , not clean at all. Things were very grubby like cupboards were greasy and dusty. “The room had a lot of dirty marks, very old and outdated and could do with painting. Outside the front of the hotel there were two overflowing bins which were still there when we left. As soon as you walked into the hotel the floor was dirty. When we looked out of our room there was a big pile of rubbish bags at the bottom of the car park. Went for breakfast and had to clear plates off the table onto another table, because every vacant table had dirty plates on. The glass door to the dining...

“Overpriced outdated room badly in need of a revamp. No wifi, so like being in the 90's which is probably the last time the room was decorated. We visited in late August sonot the warmestmonth and the room was very cold. However i can't fault the owners, very nice people who made our stay bearable. ”
