Hotel vicino a Emerald Dunes Golf Club - West Palm Beach

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“Property was run down. Toilet seat and base wobbled. Toilet tank ran out of water and would not flush. Card to open the door had to be reprogrammed twice. The bathroom sink clogged up and would take a long time to clear. No coffee pot. The bathroom and kitchen cabinets were worn down”

“Well, it's a Super 8, so I didn't expect much more than a clean room. Long story short, that didn't happen. People had obviously been smoking in that room a lot. It smelled horrible with cigarette burns on the floor, bathtub, and toilet seat. The carpet and walls looked like a murder scene right out of an episode of CSI. “There’s so many things wrong. But the highlight was waking up with a roach beside me. I paid for 3 night and didn’t stay that long and couldn’t get a refund either. No one should be forced to pay for a room like that. ”

“Unfortunately the room smelled like a water leak and the lights were rusted out. Our tub had a patch floor in it and most of the plugs didn’t work. Staff was nice and breakfast was pretty decent. ”
