Hotel vicino a Emerald Dunes Golf Club - West Palm Beach

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“The staff was rude to my husband; The whole place smelled like urn! Their handicap accessibility was less than desirable, it was verry difficult to get in the Front door, the room door was also quite hard to get out of! The shower bench was rusted out from the wall, and I was afraid to shower using their bathroom accommodations for the wheelchair access. We had to argue to get towels as they said the limit was only two!! We just wanted one extra!! and Let's NOT forget the SMELL!!”

“I had a very disturbing experience staying at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the bed sheets were visibly dirty and stained. This alone was unacceptable, but the situation became much worse after I developed painful skin irritation and open sores during my stay. I am extremely concerned about the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. No guest should have to worry about their health and safety due to unsanitary conditions. “The Continental and American breakfast was included in the hotel vacation stay and it was a a missing, they didn't have it because the hotel only had coffee and orange juice for breakfast. So, as a Marriott shareholders I gotta buy for few days delivery extra creamers and the American breakfast every day for 20 nights at the Denny's next door. Denny's breakfast: eggs with bacon, sausage waffle, muffins, pancakes, coffee and juice for $15 dollars. Thanks. Sincerely, The Westin.”

“It was incredibly expensive to be so far from everything and it felt old and run down. Definitely would not stay here again without some upgrades to the property for the price.”

“The room had a few roaches, floor and shower were dirty and kitchen appliances were dirty too. We could not use the kitchen, our main reason to stay here. We will not be back.”

“The photos listed are not of this property. You are across the street from the ocean. The unit was hodge podge. Only outlet to plug your phone is was above the stove so the cords were hanging down. Tiny coffee maker but no way to plug that in unless you sat it on the stove and used that same outlet. Ceiling fan missing a blade. Water was brownish yellow”
