Hotel vicino a Emerald Dunes Golf Club - West Palm Beach

“Hotel nuovissimo, camera comoda e spaziosa, con microonde, frigo, tv enorme, wifi veloce, bagno ampio e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Personale molto gentile, nel prezzo è compresa anche la colazione (discreta) ed il parcheggio, fronte hotel. Purtroppo ho trovato cibo maleodorante nel frigo, e per tutta la notte, anche da spento, il condizionatore ha emesso rumori fastidiosi, un vero peccato perche la struttura merita, ed è anche in una posizione furba, vicino ad alcuni ristoranti e supermarket.”

“I only picked this hotel because it did say it came with a free breakfast when it came time for breakfast. All I found was packets of hot chocolate and coffee and then ask the front office staff and they explained to me they were low on provisions and there was no manager to speak to due to the fact it was the weekend and they gave me a card and said I could try talking to someone on Monday. This does not seem acceptable when they advertise that they have free Breakfast.”

“MY ROOM GAD BUGS ON BOTH BEDS THE CLERK WORKING THE FRONT DESK TOOLS ME OR WAS THE LAST ROOM AVAILABLE I THEN JAG TO ASK FOR NEW SHEETS SHE HANDED ME A TRASH BAG AND RUDLY SAID NOBODY BUT ME WOULD BAG IT UP. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE HAD FROM A MOTEL !”

“The room wasn’t clear enough and the room smells so bad I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the bed was uncomfortable. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. The noise level made it difficult to sleep, and overall the hotel did not match the quality that was advertised. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning.”

“It’s a very old hotel, there were no blankets available, TV had very few channels, the volume didn’t work and the outlet behind the TV looked unsafe and could start a fire! The carpet had a tear in it, the lock on the glass door was loose and it also had a bar to secure the door. Parking was very limited and tight. Would not recommend staying there and we won’t be back!”

“The room had a couple of roaches running around. The room floor was not clean as expected. Totally unsatisfied.”

“I wanted to be close to snorkeling at Phil Foster Park. The room was clean, the property not so picked up. But it served my purpose. Walking distance to dive and snorkeling area.. didn't use the kitchen but looked like it had all you needed to have a decent cook off. We only use this location for ending the day... Clean up and rest. Also I could hear the next apartment talking, but Turn the TV on and problem solved.. Did not like that there was an extra $100 charge for lot or something like...

“The place is good but needs some changes; the shower, for instance, was very weak—it took a long time to bathe—and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The air conditioning wasn't powerful enough for the entire space; it only worked well for the bedroom! Aside from that, everything else was fine: the location was perfect, and the parking and neighborhood were good.”

“I was assured by reception that my debit card was not gonna be charged for the deposit and they only held the card on file in case there were any damages. My card was charged and it took 7 to 10 business days to get the hundred dollars back in my account. The room smelled like mildew and I had to wear a shower shoes just to take a shower. It was pretty disgusting. I’ll never go back.”

“Fatal ,,,, no se hospeden aquí 1.- supuestamente la tarifa incluía desayuno ,, nunca hubo desayuno 2.- todo sucio asqueroso ,, viejo ,,, humedad ,,, horrible 3.- las únicas cordiales fueron las cucarachas,,, ya que nos visitaban todos los días …. 4.- el personal fatal ,,, mal educados Expidia debería sacarlos de su catálogo ….”
