“The only issue which was very annoying was that being in 215 there was a hum and a bit of vibration making it difficult to get to sleep. On checking with the front desk in the morning we were told that it was likely from the fans of the pizza place next door. If the hotel isn’t full they should not place people in this room or others who might have this same issue.”

“I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them...

“TV didn't work in the room, kept shutting down / turning off. Notified front desk after 1st night, said it was fixed. Didn't get back till late the 2nd night so didn't use. 3rd night, still was shutting down. Someone came up to look at it ... kept shutting down for them, like they didn't believe me. They suggested I move rooms ...it was almost 10pm by this time ... no I'm not packing up to move at 10pm since I'm checking out the next day. Notified the front desk the next morning, their response...

“We had to leave the property within 1.5 hours of checking in due to its poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and the washroom was not properly cleaned. Our experience was very disappointing, and we would not recommend booking this place. Despite leaving shortly after arrival because the accommodations were unacceptable, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund.”
