Biancheria da letto 1 letto queen size, 3 matrimoniali e 1 doppia con letti singoli. Lavatrice / asciugabiancheria impilabile. Griglia a carbone. *** LE LINEE SONO FORNITE DA Metà Primavera a Metà Autunno. (11 maggio - 7 sett.) (SOLO PER TUTTE LE SETTIMANE). **** Pet friendly con massimo 2 animali domestici. Tassa per animali domestici non rimborsabile di $ 100 (piccola o media taglia) per animale. Non fumare all'interno. Affitti da sabato a sabato. Nuovo piano di calpestio si affaccia sull'oceano e parcheggio sotto casa. Molto bella parte della spiaggia! Non fumare all'interno.

Emerald Isle offre divertimento per tutta la famiglia .... con percorsi in bici e jogging che corrono paralleli a Emerald Dr, minigolf, go cart, scivoli d'acqua, shopping a Emerald Plantation, cinema, ristoranti che includono di tutto, dalla pizza agli hamburger a Frutti di mare. Il Bogue Inlet Pier è assolutamente da vedere per scoprire cosa sia il "pescato del giorno". Se hai solo bisogno di rilassarti, tira su una sedia e goditi le onde dell'oceano mentre leggi un buon libro. Ti abbiamo coperto. Emerald Isle offre anche una Public Boat Ramp (senza costi) situata a Jean Preston Park a circa metà dell'isola. (vicino a Chapel By the Sea). C'è anche un parco giochi e un bagno pubblico. Disponiamo di diverse aree di lancio per kayak e parchi entro i limiti della città, tra cui un parco frontale Sound con dock situato su Coast Guard Road e uno su Cedar St. (ideale per giocare a golf) Si può anche godere di Surf Fishing lungo tutto il tratto di 12 miglia della nostra bellissima isola. Not the most comfortable, but affordable

Mattresses were hard. No full length couch made it difficult to get comfortable. Kitchen faucet was extremely loose. Refrigerater had a lot of rust on the outside, but was clean on the inside. Windows need replaced, as the seals in the glass are broken, making it difficult to see the ocean from inside the house. The deck was very nice. The gates on the deck made it nice for sitting ouside with our dog. Just a few steps to the beach made it nice for quickly coming and going between the beach and the house. Not a luxurious place, and could definitely use some updates. But the price was good. So pick your preferences.

Filthy

The only good thing about this listing the the ocean front, that is what saved us. Walked into dead roaches throughout, beds were disgusting-mattress pads were brown and dingy—could not sleep in 4 of the beds as they had already been slept in and dirty—-bugs in between mattress and boxsprings shower curtain smelled bad and was stained has to buy shower curtain for the week. Cleaned for 2 hours before we would bring our clothes inside. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. Hairballs throughout house. Refrigerator’s are $200 please replace. Microwave had been used and was dirty. Could not use ANY of the dishes pots and pans. Happy 30th Anniversary to me and my husband.

Did not stay here due to problems

There were so many problems with this property we didn't stay here and asked for our money back. We were accommodated with another unit that was very nice and we enjoyed our stay there.

The house was perfect for our stay. Spacious enough for 2 families with an unbeatable location on the beach! Generally clean but there were a few things that could use a refresh. Communion with our host was super easy and very responsive. We would stay again, thank you!!

Easiest beach access ever!! View from inside will improve once foggy windows are repaired.

We've never had a shorter walk to the beach from a beachfront cottage! Seriously, 11 steps down off the deck and then a very small dune path down to the sand (maybe another 20 steps down). Location along an uncrowded stretch of beach was another huge plus. The cottage is an older no-frills unit, which suited us very well! `We had plenty of room for 4 people. If you maxed the occupancy, it might be a little tight, as the rooms are on the small side. Kitchen had everything except a toaster (which might have been in the unoccupied unit next door) and a big pot (so if you're doing crabs or spaghetti, you might want to BYO). I appreciated the glass top electric stove and the garbage disposal in the sink, both things we usually don't have at the beach. Loved that we could bring our dog! The short hose at the base of the steps and another right outside the back door were very helpful in rinsing sand from canine and human feet. Sadly, we didn't catch fish during our stay (too rough), but the fish cleaning station worked great for rinsing and drying shells (best shelling ever, due to the rough conditions). One item that will hopefully be fixed soon is that both windows in the living area have broken seals, meaning they were fogged with condensation on the lower 1/3 to 1/2 of the windowpanes. If you're going to be spending much time inside, you might want to check to see if this has been addressed. But the view from the deck was perfect!

Wonderful location and good amenities

Well stocked kitchen, wonderful deck with a short staircase to the beautiful emerald isle beach! Tight fit in the bedrooms, but the family (the kids are mostly in their mid-20s) was thrilled to be all together at the beach again and had a great time

Quiet winter retreat

After Christmas Family Vacation

We had a wonderful experience! The house was in a great location with a beautiful view. The house was clean and perfect for our family. We couldn't have asked for better weather! I would highly recommend this house and hope to visit again soon!

Great getaway

Loved the location, was exactly what we were looking for. Access to the beach was perfection. The kitchen was updated. The rest of the rooms are in need of updating and the mattresses were somewhat uncomfortable. I understand the owner is in the process of updating this property. It was clean and met our needs. I would rent this property again.

Beach trip

Our visit was very enjoyable. The house was very clean and everything worked. There was enough room for everyone and the view was wonderful! We were just far enough away from the more crowded beaches to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere.

Great Beach Location/

Great Beach front location. House served us well for 8 people. Plenty of beach chairs, grills, and beach toys and games on the property for us to use. The deck was well set up for our dogs.

Nice stay :)

We were looking for a simple and lower cost rental for our week stay in Emerald Isle—and this was it! The property manager Steven was very helpful and kind. The only problem was the clothing washer had a lot of mold in it. We didn’t notice until halfway in our stay, so I mentioned it upon checkout and they said they would make sure they took care of it.

property was clean. trouble getting tv's to work - not that tv was all that important being on the beach - but if you wanted to watch any tv it was a task. the chairs on the deck, most were broken - they really need to be replaced or fixed. overall everyone had a nice stay.
