“Fantastic stay”

“The hotel building looks run down, and the outside is slighly overgrown with weeds in the rocks. We stayed 5 days and not once was the elevator vacuumed, nor the entrance way mopped. There were papers and old fishfly carcasses on the floor on day one, and we told them good bye on day five. The rooms itself were spacious and clean. No complaints there. My grandson wanted to swim, but even he realized the water was not what he is used to. Why can't I see the bottom? was his question. Needless to...

“Very clean property, the room was clean you will be greeted by welcome you on tv screen and the had good breakfast for only $10 dollars I recommend this property to everyone”

“The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful.”

“Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere.”

“It is a tad older but the staff was kind, breakfast was good and located in a great place; easily accessible. Arrived on Wednesday and left on Sat morning, would have been nice to have the trash emptied or fresh towels. Would book again though.”

“I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Detroit North - Roseville. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus. The location was convenient for work and travel around the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

“The lobby and restaurant were extremely clean. Staff were very friendly upon checking in and out. My issue was with the toilet which had multiple hairs and unknown encrustations present that could be seen from the bathroom door. The floor was adorned with multiple small pieces of toilet paper.it looked like a small ticker tape parade had been held there. I had to clean the toilet. Disgusting!”

“We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice”
