“Hotel stay was wonderful. Only problem I would say I had was my door was a little rough to get in and out but other than that everybody was friendly pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast was good. I don’t have a complaint.”

“This is a fantastic hotel considering the location. Seems like it belonged downtown in a big city. Was pretty blown away to find what was basically a full kitchen. Bed and other furniture was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked incredibly well. VERY clean. My only gripe was the rude service we received at check-in. “Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. When I arrived, the room had not been cleaned properly. There was a blood stain on one pillowcase and another unknown stain on a second pillowcase, which was unacceptable. The room also smelled like old cigarette smoke, making it very unpleasant. “The rooms were nice and updated, however as we were sitting eating dinner Friday night after check in we seen a few roaches. The property is smoke free but at night we noticed the smell of marijauana (our party does not smoke) coming from the room beside us. Pool area was clean water was perfect for our son he enjoyed it. Parking was easily accessible. I’d give it an honest 5/10.”

“This hotel was only convenient for attending the concert. The hallways were dirty, and the breakfast options were limited to bagels, pancakes, or bread. Dogs were allowed, but the doors had to be slammed when exiting the rooms, which disturbed my sleep. The exterior was littered with garbage, and the parking lot was in disarray. There were bugs crawling in the rooms, and the ceiling was leaking. They need some upgrades to their establishment. It also seems as they don’t have the staff to keep it...

“My overall stay was great.. I’m very picky about cleanliness, the bathroom tub should have been cleaner.. I always bring cleaning supplies to ensure my comfort of cleanliness, upon cleaning it was obvious that mopping and additional cleaning should have been done.. But from the naked eye it was clean. The staff was overall nice and friendly. I enjoyed the free happy hour, breakfast option and other amenities.. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. I felt safe and that’s also very important.”

“This hotel is a great location if you are visiting the Ford Museum. The staff is friendly. We ended up in a room where the fridge was not working. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately sent a maintenance man who checked it and within minutes replaced it. The response time was very impressive and appreciated. The hot breakfast option is great. It has a variety of items. Definitely worth the $5 charge. On the flip side, although the hot tub was working only half the jets...
