“Very nice area and clean rooms.”

“Just what we needed for a winding down rest on our long roadtrip. The beds are sooo comfy, and everything was so clean and orderly. Great job guys, thank you so much!”

“First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point.”

“AVOID. Dirty room, clogged bathroom sink. Dust everywhere. Really unsanitary conditions. Bad smell. Breakfast: cereal, toast and juice!”

“Super disappointed that there is NO hot tub! The property advertises that they do, but it's obvious they removed the hot tub and put furniture in it's place. That should be made clear as we were looking forward to using the hot tub after a long day on the road. Also, coffee options were not good, the in-room option was terrible. Breakfast consisted of nothing but old cereal, plain bread and apples. ”

“Very clean, great staff, nice pool and hot tub area”

“There was no refrigerator in the room There was no hair dryer in the room The staff was less than friendly/helpful There was no shampoo or body gel in the dispenser. Didn't realize that until I was in the shower There was no hot water for tea at breakfast. Actually that dispenser was EMPTY. ”

“We asked for the handicapped room, because I'm disabled and he was trying to give us one on the second floor. He acted like it was a terrible imposition. I tried to ask a few questions and got curt , short answers. I was told we'd have wifi. If l wanted to lay on the floor outside our room in the hall, I was able to get only one rung up on the icon, for a second. Nothing in our room. The bed was hard, pillows old and flat, no tissues or normal toiletries. No information about where ice machine,...

“The suite we stayed in during a college visit was clean and well equipped for why we needed. The staff was friendly and if our daughter decides to attend the college here we will definitely be using this hotel again. Thanks for a pleasant stay.”

“Karen at the desk was exceptional, the cleaning lady was very friendly. The room was spotless, as were the bedding and bathroom. We had their breakfast in the dining room and it was spotless. There were a nice variety of foods to choose from. ”

“This place is a wonderful place to stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. Parking was great! Beautiful view of the river from our room was so enjoyable! Very quiet room. We chose not to have any breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. ”
