Guest house a Emsworth

“Property was clean and as a family we felt safe staying there. Room was a nice size and our stay there was good. The parking outside was often difficult to find spaces and due to permit holder restrictions 4:30pm-6:30pm you have to lose your space every day you stay. If you have a large vehicle you need to park I would not recommend any accomodation in this area. Not the fault of the owner though and if you don't require parking for a large vehicle it's a fine accomodation.”

“This property has a great location, at a reasonable price. My room was at the very top of the house, in the eves, so a sloping ceiling. It has an en suite shower room. Room was clean but could do with an update. Good coffee/tea making facilities with kettle, microwave and mini fridge, as well as lots of snacks provided.”

“Just not worth the money by a long way. Very low budget standard for a mid-price.”

“This was our first time visiting Arden House and we are so glad we went. Lucie was a fantastic host and gave us a lovely welcome. We stayed at room 3 on the ground at the back of the property, and the room was brilliant. It was immaculately clean, bright and airy with two lovely big bay windows. It had a great en-suite toilet, basin and shower with towels, complimentary shower gel, slippers and dressing gown. There was tea and coffee making facilities/kettle cups etc. and two bottles of water...

“Wir hatten eine wunderbare Suite mit zwei getrennten Zimmern. Das Mobiliar ist eher Antik, aber in Ordnung. Ein schönes, großes Bad. Einziger Nachteil man hört die Straße sehr laut, wenn man nach vorne raus wohnt. Alle Bedienungen waren sehr freundlich das Frühstück war toll.”

“Hosts were very welcoming and lovely. The advertising of the room was very confusing, not mentioning that a host was actually on the premises, which make checking in very confusing. I expect better from Expedia.”
