The staff member mumbled, then brushed my hand away, then said he had to throw it all out, and continued to berate me when he returned until I told him to stop talking to me (please). Didn’t bother going down for breakfast next day. We went out instead. TV stopped working and no tech staff on duty nor manager. Front desk had us pack and move to new suit. “The bedding seemed dirty as there was someone else's hair on it upon arrival The housekeeping was spotty. Didn't replace the dirty towels or empty the trashcans daily. It was one or the other. The floor squeaked really loud when me or the people in the rooms next to me walked around. Was loud enough to get woke up by it in the middle of the night. No in room coffee pot or iron.”

The entrance had dirty floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and there was no attendant at the front desk; instead, a kiosk was available for assistance. Inside our room, we noticed a few hairballs on the floor, and the mirrors were dirty. When my daughter accidentally spilled her water bottle, I used a towel to dry the floor, but the towel turned black after wiping up the spill.
