We had a great time on the island enjoying the sunrise on the back dock on the property, visiting the 4 beaches on the island which were lovely. The mile+ walk down to Stump Pass was worth the effort. We had a wonderful time on our quick 4 day vacation. We hope to return soon and would definetly rent this gem again. It’s on a quiet lane and you can hear the ocean - such a serene way to fall asleep! The section of beach is also quiet, just used by local residents & home renters, as there is no parking for the public nearby. “Stayed for entire month of March, 2024. Nice house, nice location, everything worked well, clean. Walked and biked to Manasota Beach many times. Enjoyed neighborhood walks. Easy 30minute drive south to Boca Grande, easy 30minute drive north to Sarasota Mall. Convenient for groceries, restaurants, etc. It was interesting to be so close to all the Forked Creek waterways. Enjoyed seeing the homes and boats and every day life in this area.”
