“My second time staying at this hotel and probably going to be my regular going forward when using Edmonton International Airport. Room was spacious and bed was soft and comfortable. Cleanliness was also fantastic. Biggest win is the staff make sure that you are accommodated with the airport shuttle to get you to airport on time. Shuttle showed up exactly on time and with stops, got me to airport in 10-15 minutes. Pulled right up to my appropriate entry with my airline and everything.”

“Late night staff was rude, unhelpful, and standoffish. Yours Youssif the staff member on nights when I was there was unhelpful and argumentative on top of not being a very effective communicator berated my girlfriend and I when we went down for snacks he scared my girlfriend who doesn't speak english well and left her feeling upset and overwhelmed. Breakfast was great as well as amenities.”
