“ I’m really disappointed with this hotel. My boyfriend and I booked the most expensive room, which comes with a jacuzzi, to spend a romantic evening and relax. However, at first they didn’t take my payment because they’d forgotten, and then they rang me. Then, when we started filling the jacuzzi, it turned out to be broken and there was water leaking from the pipes all around it.
