Awful which is a pity considering how pretty it is

Unfortunately our experience was very poor. The receptionist was absolutely awful. She should not be dealing or much less welcoming guests. Then in the room there was a dirty rag with some solvent on it that made the room reek. I called reception. Instead of changing our room, they came to remove the rag when we went to the pool. We saw from the lifts the same girl leaving our room, when we reached our door, and she left it opened. I call her back and she just didn't seem to care. Last, we forgot a pouch with my headphones on the table when we checked out. I called that same morning, they told they did see any but they will call the cleaning crew and get in touch with us. They never did.
The food from dinner was terrible, unedible.

Many thanks for your review and for letting us your comments. We apologize we didn't met your expectations.Normally, we have very good feedback about the food, cleaning room and mainly the staff, being that the best valueted.
We have taken note in order to analize our service and improve it.
Regarding the headphones, we have checked our internal system for lost items but we haven't found them during the dates you were at the hotel.
We hope you give us another chance to change your impression of our hotel.
