“Never even got to stay here after booking months and months ago for marathon weekend. The property originally confirmed the booking then went silent. We never got sent any check in details and they didn’t reply to our message on the app the day before check in asking for these. “I don't why hotels staff usually stick the the bare minimum. I arrived at 1pm, and apparently no rooms were ready before 3pm (really? on a Tuesday?). I was given a room for which you have to take the lift AND the stairs; I asked to change with a room accessible by lift only. I was given the smallest room they had (I saw it from the emergency map). If you are not full, why not given to your guest the best service you can, rather than the minimum? I will unlikely come back here.”
