We were only staying one night, so neither of these things bothered us enough to move rooms, but I did report the tv. The repair person had already gone home for the night. There was no restaurant or bar on the property. There was a vending machine and they had free muffins, coffee and water in the lobby for breakfast. It's super close...

The rooms are updated and have great amenities especially if you want to do some cooking in your room to save some money. The pool is also very nice. We appreciated the flexibility of the house two to allow our group early check ins and to store our baggage before we departed along with the helpful staff who transported us in the shuttle to our rooms.”

“The rooms smelled terribly like mold. The alley behind our room had a man on a couch sitting there an entire day and another group under an pop-up tent. for hours at night there was music and noise like there was a nightclub behind it.”

“We enjoyed our recent stay at Sapphire Beach Resort. The facilities were clean and well kept, the resort staff were very helpful in giving us tips of how to navigate the island, and our host was very responsive when we had an issue with the a/c not cooling properly.
