Lia (Resort Host), Kristal (Event Coordinator Manager),Tyeisha (Check In), Katelyn (Bar Tender), Brandon (Red Hospitality Transportation), and a host of other staff members were fantastic!! They made our 25th wedding anniversary perfect. There were so many hiccups with our flight that caused a domino effect of issues, but the staff 100% fixed all issues that arose. “Tutto sommato e' stata una buona esperienza. L'hotel si trova in una baia molto bella ma comunque un po' distante dall'aeroporto e dal centro. Il ristorante e le attrazioni del ressort sono un po' care, comunque grazie alla cucina presente nelle camere e' possibile comprare da mangiare nei negozi e cucinare proprio conto risparmiando un sacco di soldi. I negozi non sono vicinissimi ma sono comunque raggiungibili con taxi. Il sistema di trasporto pubblico SAFARI e' buono ed economico, (si paga 1$...

“The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just...
