“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! “Loved the whirlpool suite”

“The pictures on the website looks like a normal hotel but it’s a hook up. Hotel was filthy. The entire room smells of cleaning chemicals. It was awful.”

There was mold in the shower in several spots, the body wash container was empty and the lotion container was empty as well. I didn't notice these things until I was already in the shower - too late to make a change. In the morning, when I wanted a cup of coffee in my room, I discovered the coffee maker was broken....
