“My room was updated,clean and quiet with a very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and has toiletries i had forgotten. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options.”

“We were first given room 109 and it had a really strong smelled of mold we then moved to the top floor and was fine.”

“This is a great hotel in close proximity to many restaurants, baseball fields. We were to see World Cup soccer and it seems the hotel was understaffed for the international event. The staff working were helpful- doing their best with limited resources. I think management should have better anticipated the need to add extra staff.”

“The bathroom/shower had mildew stains in the corners and the rain showerhead was so weak, it took forever to rinse hair. I was there for 3 and a half days and cleaners never came. These are easy fixes, otherwise hotel is great”

“Clean room, great kitchenette, the breakfast was good parking sometimes at night was really full and had to park a little further. It still within the hotel area.”

“Everything was OK. We did find someone else’s clothes underneath the bathroom sink vanity area so definitely not very clean.”

“Perfect spot to stay while visiting family. Close enough to get to everything but in a quieter area”

“Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty and had bugs. The staff refused to take responsibility, ignored our concerns, and wouldn’t even consider a refund when we wanted to leave because of the hotel’s condition. Customer service was awful. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.it was so so dirty.”

“There were gnats or fruit flies flying around everywhere, including in/around breakfast areas/containers. It was wet/musty everywhere. Would not recommend.”
