“The location was fantastic—very close to the beach, which we really enjoyed. The room itself was quite spacious, making it a great fit for our family. That said, there were a few downsides. The bathroom felt a bit grungy and could definitely use some attention. We also had difficulty getting ahold of staff during our stay. “We arrived after check in time and it still took an additional 2 hours to get our room. When we started to unpack our bags we found a half eaten pizza in one of the drawers. The front desk staff didn’t seem too concerned about it and said they would let housekeeping know. When we asked for additional toiletries, the housekeeping staff was very rude. Very disappointing experience. ”
