“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I informed the front desk that I could no longer stay for the second night and requested a refund for the unused night. Instead of trying to help, I was told I could check out, but they could not guarantee a refund. They still charged me for both nights, even though I only stayed one night. It felt like I was being forced to pay for a room I didn't even use. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but the customer service was...

“New, clean accomodation and all staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Did not like not having at least complimentary am coffee in the lobby. In room coffee is a one cup packet only and was not replentished during my stay.”

“The room smelt like mildew, the pool was small and dirty and in the back, my blankets had smoke holes in them, the blankets also felt damp the pictures do not match the actual property, my water pressure in my shower was so weak and only the VERY hot water was available for showers mind you it’s 90 degrees already … the property is just 1/10 don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it.”
