While we cannot do anything to control the noise from the train, we do offer complimentary earplugs for guests who request them at the front desk. I'm sorry that you had people yelling outside your door. Regarding the parking lot, the housekeepers try to maintain it as clean as possible, we will talk to them to make sure people are cleaning after their pets. Hello Cindy,Sorry about any issues that you had during your stay. The room that you booked for was a queen bed that accommodates two people. When customers need an extra bed they should ask for it at the front desk, so we can provide to them a fold out bed for their stay. Housekeeping is only done upon request, if you requested housekeeping to one of the housekeepers and they did not do it please let us know so that we can take the correct measures with that housekeeper. If there is anything we can do to make it right with you please call us at the front office for further assistance. Thank you, and once again, we apologize for any issues.
