“Had to change from the first room as it smelled terrible. The second one offered was somehow better. The toilet kept leaking into the bowl and this will make the water to be constantly running. The refrigerator was broken and I didn’t notice right away. I notice when all my food spoiled. To make matter more annoying and inconvenient my key card kept getting deactivated EVERY DAY of my stay. Thankfully the staff was very nice and apologetic and helpful but I will not be staying here again ”

“I was incredibly disappointed with my recent stay. The property feels very outdated, poorly maintained, and is in desperate need of a major renovation. Given the high nightly rate, the value simply wasn't there. Many other hotels nearby that would be a better choice. ”

“The room seemed pretty clean, but the toilet hadn’t been flushed, the mini fridge still contained items from a previous visitor and it smelled of smoke and possibly pet odor. The front window had been left open (maybe to help with the smell?). The proprietor was friendly despite being woken up at midnight to give us the keys to the room. The rate was much lower than national chain hotels in the same area so can’t complain too much.”

“DONT DRINK THE WATER! There is something so off about it like you can even tell that it is weird because the smell of it. It has a metal/chemical smell to it. I drank some from the sink to take my meds and it was disgusting and I thought “well maybe it is just because it’s sink water” NOPE at breakfast the next morning I got a water from their machine and it tasted the same so they probably used tap water for that. When I got back to my room I was going to shower and I turn it on and that same...

“Had to ask multiple times for toilet paper and the coffee was never refilled. Charged for parking. The snacks and drinks at the desk were much higher than most places.”
