“The hotel is very nice and relatively new!
The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor.
Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs.
The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor.

“Lovely hotel and staff. Comfortable nice bed, bedding and room facilities.
Great breakfast options and great coffee.
My only disappointment was the restaurant wasnt fully open so the choices were limited and I was to tired after a long day working to venture out.
But overall its a great hotel to stay and I would stay again”

“Hotel stuffed up our friends stay on the night of the Rugby Cup in Brisbane. Most places were booked out. The duty manager eventually was able to have a room for our friends and threw in breakfast (as the room was cheaper than that booked. Very happy with his professionalism and the way he approached the issue.”

“Love the spacious rooms.
We visited in May and the lifts from the carpark were out of order, they were still not working when we stayed again last weekend. Makes it difficult to get luggage up and down, may reconsider staying elsewhere if they remain broken”

“To be honest. I Was expecting a low grade stay and we are so suprised how nice this hotel is , friendly staff great breakfast and good service ! Excellent location!
